  1.     In person or phone consultation

  2.     Touch base with your Coordinator, Caterer, Event Planner, etc.

  3.     Coordinate logistics with your Venue

  4.     Provide proof of  insurance (2 million dollars of liability insurance)

  5.     Help put Music Collections together

  6.     Setup equipment 1-3 hours early on the day of your event

  7.     Help with the audio integration of projectors and laptops

  8.     Coordinate with other musicians or performers

  9.     Keep schedule on time
