STANDARD PROCEDURE

1. •    In person or phone consultation
   

2. •    Touch base with your Coordinator, Caterer, Event Planner, etc.
   

3. •    Coordinate logistics with your Venue
   

4. •    Provide proof of  insurance (2 million dollars of liability insurance)
   

5. •    Help put Music Collections together
   

6. •    Setup equipment 1-3 hours early on the day of your event
   

7. •    Help with the audio integration of projectors and laptops
   

8. •    Coordinate with other musicians or performers
   

9. •    Keep schedule on time
